Resonate XM is driven by one simple, powerful belief – a collective of creative experts will produce an exponential impact. In other words, the sum is much more powerful than its parts.
Every member of the Resonate XM collective is a master at their chosen craft. They’ve honed their skills to the pinnacle of perfection. They bring their brilliance to every project they pursue. And they’re never satisfied with just being ‘good enough’. They want to create something extraordinary. Every. Single. Time.
Individually, each Resonate team member is a force to be reckoned with. But bring them together and they’ll blow the roof off the stadium.

Every member of the Resonate XM collective is a master at their chosen craft. They want to create something extraordinary. Every. Single. Time. Individually, each specialist is a force to be reckoned with. But bring them together and they’ll blow the roof off the stadium.
We’re always on the lookout for Resonate Rockstars to join our collective. Whatever your area of creative expertise, we want to hear from you.
Who builds a whole website to stand out in a sea of Resonate Rockstar applicants? Jessie Duffy, that’s who. And, as evidenced by the fact that you are reading this Resonate bio, her genius plot worked like a charm!
Jessie is our full-time Experience Manager, also referred to as the Canva Queen and the Resonate Life Saver. A riot of fun and creative to the core, Jessie brings her natural flair for the dramatic to every Resonate project she works on. Curating unforgettable experiences for other people became an obsession post-COVID when she attended Halifax Pride 2022. It was during that magical event she came to fully appreciate the importance of connecting with people and enjoying shared experiences.
Her career has taken her all over – from Lead Tester at a video game company to Casino Supervisor here in Charlottetown to Groom at Glanmire Farm Stables in the UK.
She has so much knowledge about pretty much every topic which comes in handy every single day here at Resonate. Her creativity, ability to problem-solve, eye for aesthetic, and positive attitude are truly unmatched.
She makes every project better and every day better. When you work with us, you’ll quickly understand why we love Jessie so much. She’s fun, she makes you feel taken care of, and she always gets the job done!
Tanya Gallant
While all Resonators are rockstars figuratively speaking, Tanya is a legit musical artist. She’s also an exceptional leader and bilingual to boot. She brings her mighty skills, unique artist’s lens, and unbridled enthusiasm to every Resonate event that she produces and provides support on.
Tanya thrives on creating order out of chaos, which has served her well in her 15+ years of event management. She brings her calm under pressure approach to everything she does, from event programming to VIP services, event support, and artist relations. Passionate about celebrating her Acadian culture and serving the Francophone community, Tanya is also Resonate’s go-to for all things French.
Putting people first is also Tanya’s guiding principle and is reflected in every element of her work. It’s probably the reason she was awarded the title of 2023 Canada Games Director of Fun.
When she’s not behind the scenes producing an epic event, you can find Tanya at a kitchen party, concert, or anywhere else there’s great music. If you’re lucky, you might even get to hear this lifelong singer belt out a tune on stage during a reunion show with ‘Chiquésa, the all-female Acadian group she founded. And dog parents take note, Tanya already looooooves your canine kids and will dogsit them any time.

James McGuirk
A Holland College student with aspirations of being a journalist, James is our Communications Coordinator. Whether it’s filling out spreadsheets, working on business proposals, or writing his own bio, James is always willing to help any way he can.
A newbie in the events world, James is ready to learn and eager to prove himself. Having studied communications, writing, social media and all sides of the journalism world, he brings a skilled yet fresh take to the business.
As a big enthusiast of that summertime feeling, James plans to make sure all of our events “pass the vibe check.” A big gamer and pop culture nerd, James is ‘locked in’ with mainstream culture and brings that wealth of knowledge to the table.
James loves wearing his Hawaiian shirts, and sipping on coronas (with a slice of lime in them). When he’s not running around helping Resonate plan fantastic events, he’s usually out running on the trails, training to be a marathon runner.
Alyssa Wooldridge
Some people ‘do’ social media, Alyssa lives it. A veritable virtuoso of all things SM and an idea machine, Alyssa brings a strategic lens and a fresh creative approach to her digital marketing.
An energizer bunny, Alyssa can most often be found everywhere doing everything. It’s possible she’s cloned herself.
Alyssa has been strutting her stuff in social media since 2013. Over the years, she’s managed countless accounts for hospitality, tourism and events clients, and earned a reputation as the cream of the crop. With a background in creative writing and a movie obsession, it’s no wonder her content creation is the stuff of legends. Like her fellow Resonators, Alyssa thrives on adapting to the unexpected and flipping the social media script at the last minute, a skill which has proven invaluable time and time again.
If you don’t know Alyssa yet, you need to meet her in person. Alyssa lights up any room she enters and her laugh will fill up your cup to overflowing. In fact, her laugh should probably be bottled and given out as an immediate cure for a crummy mood. Alyssa also cares deeply for her colleagues and her clients/brands, which is reflected in the humanness she brings to everything she does.
When she’s not creating reels or crafting a blow-your-socks-off social media strategy, Alyssa can be found scrolling TikTok. Yes, you read that right. Alyssa also wholeheartedly believes there’s no such thing as watching When Harry Met Sally too many times. And, surprise surprise, she logs every movie she watches on Letterboxd. Proof positive that she lives social media.
