The Crapaud Exhibition Association has been putting on the PEI Truck and Tractor Pull Championships for decades bringing in thousands of people. The Committee recognized that some changes were needed to mitigate risk with such a large event. Resonate XM was contracted to help the Committee transition to a safer event while also providing an enhanced experience for participants.
The Challenge
The PEI Truck & Tractor Pull Championships has been operating for many years with little regulation. The Resonate team and the Committee worked together to take a long time, pre-established event and update it to modern safety standards, while not losing the essence of what makes the event special.
The Resonate XM Solution
Resonate XM and the Committee developed and delivered a fun and safe event that still felt like the same PEI Truck & Tractor Pull Championships that has been going on for decades. The solution included a licensed area for those who wanted to purchase alcohol and increased security across the grounds.
The Resonate 'X' Factor'
The Resonate team remained on site for both days of the event, assisting the committee and volunteers with anything they needed an extra set of hands-on.
