We believe in putting people first, always. Our decentralized, hybrid work environment is designed to ensure our collective specialist enjoy the best work-life blend for their lifestyle. Some members are early birds, others need to pick the kids up by 4pm.
We schedule team meetings to suit the needs of our collective, instead of expecting them to move mountains so they can show up. Dogs, cats, fish, and babies are all welcome during our virtual meetings.
The Resonate work environment is 75% virtual, 25% in-person meetings or on-site to support events.
