Resonate XM has partnered with Churchill Park Music Festival since 2023, supporting the event’s growth with strategic sponsorship development, corporate hosting design, and fan engagement through the CPMF Insiders Club. In 2024, our role expanded to include developing the festival’s strategy for transitioning to the first fully licensed music festival site in Newfoundland – drawing on our deep experience guiding festivals through operational evolution while keeping guest experience, safety, and stakeholder trust front and centre.

Churchill Park Music Festival is one of Newfoundland’s premier summer events, drawing thousands of music fans to St. John’s. As the festival scaled up, MQC sought a partner to elevate its sponsorship program, enhance corporate hosting experiences, and build a direct-to-fan communication channel. In 2025, MQC engaged Resonate XM to develop its fully licensed venue strategy.
From the start, Resonate XM has provided full-spectrum support to drive value, visibility, and fan connection. We refreshed the festival’s sponsorship program, managed high-end corporate hosting experiences, and built the CPMF Insiders Club — a direct-to-fan email platform growing brand loyalty and advance ticket sales.
Now, we’re actively developing the strategy to move the festival from traditional beer gardens to a site-wide licensed model for 2025. Drawing on proven best practices from major Canadian events, we’re guiding MQC through stakeholder consultation, risk management, operational planning, and guest flow design — helping modernize the festival experience while prioritizing safety and accessibility.
Our work with Churchill Park Music Festival is rooted in strong relationships, shared vision, and the kind of collaboration that turns big transitions into smart, confident moves.
We’ve supported festivals across Atlantic Canada through the shift from traditional beer gardens to fully licensed site models — and we’re now bringing that proven experience to Churchill Park. From risk planning to stakeholder buy-in to guest flow design and communications, we know how to make these complex changes feel seamless — and how to keep the fan experience at the heart of it all.
